The Platform for a Quality Leisure of the Balearic Islands (POQIB) is a tool for active participation of the main agents involved in the management of the nightlife context including, government and government agencies at regional and local level, main federations of the industry organizations, and representatives of civil society associations including youth, parents and neighborhood associations.

IREFREA is responsible for the scientific and technical organization of this Platform oriented to assess the ever changing needs of a very active offer and develop consensual strategies agreed among represented parties to implement effective measures to prevent and counteract the risks associated with recreational nightlife.
